- Energy bars/ bananas for a steady supply of carbs- you will need them!
- Gels- for a quick fix
- Jam sandwiches- a cheap and effective energy boost
- Chocolate milk- for a protein fix post ride
- Drink ideas- Isotonic (not fizzy, they will give you a sugar rush)
- Energy powders- add to water, just remember to wash out your bottles/ bladder post ride.
On all-day rides we will find a pub or cafe to take a break.
